Tell us how you like to travel: the music, the temperature, the pace of the drive. We introduce you to Coastal Rides, our transportation partner, and pass your preferences along so the ride feels like part of your journey.

How to get the ETA Compass rate

Your ride is operated and paid for through Coastal Rides, our transportation partner. Follow these three steps once, and every ride you book this way is linked to ETA Compass.

Important: to receive the lower ETA Compass group rate, you must be a member of the ETA Compass group in your Coastal Rides account and choose ETA Compass - Self Pay when you book. A ride booked any other way does not receive the ETA Compass rate.

Create your Coastal Rides account

Open spare-rider-coastal-production.vercel.app on your phone or computer. No app download is needed. Sign in, or follow the sign-up prompts, using the same email address you enter in the form below.

Join the ETA Compass group

Go to Account Settings, then Settings, then Group Memberships. Choose Join a group, enter the secret code from ETA Compass and select Enter Code. Check that ETA Compass appears in your memberships.

Book with ETA Compass - Self Pay

Choose your date and route, then select ETA Compass - Self Pay and Schedule Ride. You pay Coastal Rides by card through Stripe. The fare shown in the app is the fare for your trip.

Need the group code? Send the request below and we email it to you with these steps. You can also write to support@etacompass.com or call Amir at (604) 727-8792. We never ask for your card details, and ETA Compass never stores them.

What happens when you send this form. ETA Compass is a travel advisory company and refers you to Coastal Rides. We email your request and preferences directly to Coastal Rides so they can add you to the ETA Compass group and prepare for your ride, and we email you the steps above. Coastal Rides operates the ride and takes payment from you directly. We never ask for, store or send your card details. ETA Compass may receive a referral fee from Coastal Rides for the introduction. Your preferences are requests: Coastal Rides will tell you what it can provide.
ABOUT YOU
Use the same email as your Coastal Rides account, so they can add you to the ETA Compass group.
If this ride is part of a trip you booked with us, your advisor can line the timing up with your itinerary.
