Use a free app on your phone such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy. It shows a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds and works without internet.

2. Type the 6-digit code the app shows.
Team rule
If this is on, advisors and staff must have the email code or the authenticator app turned on. They are asked to set it up the next time they sign in. Clients are not forced.
Team members with 2-step verification
If someone loses their phone, press Reset. They can sign in with their password and set it up again.
